These Terms and Conditions govern the manner in which the website is used by users (each, a ‘User’) of the website (‘Site’). These Terms and Conditions apply to the Site and all products and services offered by ULYANA ASTER Pty Ltd.

By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of the above-listed policies, details of which can be found below. If you do not agree to these policies please do not use our Site.

Changes to Policies

ULYANA ASTER Pty Ltd has the discretion to update these policies at any time. When we do we will update the revision date at the top of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we conduct our business. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review these policies periodically and become aware of any modifications. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to these policies will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.

REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

Hair Extensions

We try our best to show all of our hair extension colours as accurately as possible on our website. We do understand that picking the right colour may not be easy when choosing from a computer screen, therefore we are happy to exchange your unopened ULYANA ASTER hair extensions set for a set of the right colour within 7 days from the day you receive your package.

ULYANA ASTER Pty Ltd does not offer product exchanges for hair extensions once it has been worn or the security tie has been removed. You can exchange your order within 7 days as long as it has NOT been worn or removed from its security ties at the top of the hair or from the main package. The packaging must not be defaced in any way or an exchange will not be issued. Due to hygienic and safety reasons we only exchange items that have not been opened. You must contact us first at ([email protected]) with the subject “Exchange” prior to shipping the package. Please note that hair extensions returned to us without contacting us will not be assessed for exchange.

All Products

ULYANA ASTER Pty Ltd also does not offer product exchanges for a ‘change of mind’ or cancellation on any other purchase (hair extensions, wedding gowns, hair masks, accessories and mannequins). If you have any concerns with your purchase please contact us ([email protected]) within 7 days of receiving it. Matters brought to our attention after this time will not be processed.

Please select your products carefully. ULYANA ASTER Pty Ltd will not accept returns for exchange or credit if you, the customer purchases the incorrect product (excluding hair extensions, refer to the above conditions). Please check your goods thoroughly upon receiving them.
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, please contact us. If a manufacturing fault is found by our assessment all costs will be paid by ULYANA ASTER Pty Ltd to rectify the fault. Defective products excluding wedding gowns are to be shipped back to us, ULYANA ASTER Pty Ltd will pay for all return shipping costs and will replace the product.
Wedding gowns are thoroughly inspected for defects and are photographed prior to shipping. Defective wedding gowns are not to be shipped back to us. We will repair all defects by a qualified seamstress of our choice. Please note that products returned to us without contacting us will be denied.​Refunds will not be given.

Masterclass Policy:

To secure your position at a ULYANA ASTER masterclass, full payment is required. To ensure the continuation of a masterclass, ULYANA ASTER Pty Ltd has a minimum student number requirement. If this requirement is not met, the masterclass will be cancelled two weeks before its scheduled date.

In the event that a masterclass is cancelled by ULYANA ASTER Pty Ltd, a full refund will be provided. However, if you decide to cancel your booked enrolment in a masterclass, refunds will not be provided. This policy is in place due to the limited notice we have to fill the vacant spot in the class and the costs associated with catering and other expenses.

ULYANA ASTER Pty Ltd is committed to assisting our customers on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

  • In exceptional situations:  ULYANA ASTER Pty Ltd will consider transferring your booking to another available course date. This transfer option will only be applicable to existing courses at the time of the request. 
  • Substitution: Prior to the masterclass commencement, it is acceptable to substitute another person in your place. The student who made the original booking will be responsible to organise this substitution and provide us with the full name and email address of the substitute.
  • In the event that you are unable to attend a masterclass due to circumstances such as extreme ill health, Covid-19, pandemics or other Force Majeure events, ULYANA ASTER will offer a credit note that can be used toward a future scheduled masterclass. If no masterclasses have been scheduled at that time, ULYANA ASTER may offer an online class access (if available) as an alternative solution.
  • It is important to note that if you fail to attend a booked masterclass without prior notice, no transfers or refunds will be available.

Please note;

If you are making arrangements for flights and accommodation, we recommend waiting until a final masterclass decision has been reached before making your bookings. In the event of a masterclass cancellation, all students will be notified least two weeks before the scheduled masterclass date. Otherwise, the course will proceed as planned.

ULYANA ASTER Pty Ltd retains the right to modify this cancellation and refund policy at any given time.

Online Education Policy:

ULYANA ASTER Pty Ltd provides an online hairstyling education program, which operates on a subscription basis and offers over 60 different tutorials. Each tutorial is available for individual purchase, and upon purchase, you will have indefinite access to the tutorial. Additionally, ULYANA ASTER Pty Ltd also offers a monthly, six-monthly and yearly subscription plan options. If you choose to subscribe to any of these options, your plan will automatically renew at the end of each cycle until you cancel it. A subscription can be cancelled at any time. If you paid for your subscription using a credit card, you can cancel it by navigating to the My Account tab and then selecting the Payment Methods section. For subscriptions paid through PayPal, you can opt to cancel by accessing your PayPal portal and locating to the recurring payments tab. Alternatively, you can reach out to us directly at [email protected] and we will gladly assist you in cancelling your subscription.

Shipping Options:

ULYANA ASTER Pty Ltd offers the following shipping options:

For all Australian and International orders, we use Australia Post.

Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been processed.

Delivery Times:

ULYANA ASTER Pty Ltd aims to get all orders dispatched within 2-3 business days of you placing your order.

ULYANA ASTER Pty Ltd does not ship orders on public holidays and/or weekends.

The general estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

  • AUSTRALIA STANDARD: 4-8 business days
  • AUSTRALIA EXPRESS: 3-6 business days
  • INTERNATIONAL STANDARD: 13-15 business days to major metro areas
  • INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS: 7- 10 business days to major metro areas

The above delivery timeframes should be used as a guide only. At times delivery delays do occur. Please understand that delivery circumstances can change quickly and are beyond our control.

Import taxes:

You may have to pay import taxes and/or customs duties in your country before your item can be cleared and delivered to you. You may also be required to pay a brokerage (handling) fee for the shipment. These charges are separate from your shipping charge and you will be billed directly from your country’s customs. ULYANA ASTER Pty Ltd. does not take responsibility for these extra charges.

Declaration of Value and Product Description:

ULYANA ASTER Pty Ltd chooses to email your invoice for the majority of shipping methods offered by ulyanaaster.com.

Your shipping address, phone number and email address:

Please make sure your shipping address, phone number and email are full and complete. The phone number or email may be used by the shipping company to contact you in case they have problems delivering your order. Ulyana Aster Pty Ltd will not be held responsible if you provide us with the incorrect address and contact details upon placing your order, and will not be held accountable if your order is unable to be delivered due to incorrectly provided details.

All shipments to the countries serviced by Emirates Post and their subsidiaries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Qatar) will require a full P.O. box address to ensure a successful delivery, which is outlined by entering:

  • The words ‘P.O. Box’ and the P.O. box number in Address Line 1
  • Any additional information such as street name is also encouraged
  • Postcode
  • City

If any of these are missing the item may be returned either when processing at Australia Post or by Emirates Post.

Customs information:

ULYANA ASTER Pty Ltd will not be liable for packages refused or held by customs for delivery. ULYANA ASTER Pty Ltd does not take responsibility for any extra charges to the customer by customs/duty/VAT fees.

We request that you contact your customs office and enquire about import regulations and restrictions before placing your order. It is important for you to become familiar with Customs policies for your specific country before placing an order with ULYANA ASTER Pty Ltd.

Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing their regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, the delivery being delayed or even being returned.

While ULYANA ASTER Pty Ltd takes great care in preparing and packaging your order we cannot guarantee that your package will arrive in perfect condition. Some countries conduct routine import inspections and may tamper with your order.

Returns:

Please note, if your order is returned to us due to a banned/restricted products policy, a wrong address, refusal to pay customs fees, refusal to accept the order or because no one was there to accept delivery, we will refund your order as follows: You will be refunded the total amount of the order, minus the shipping charge. We may also subtract any other outside charges ULYANA ASTER Pty Ltd has incurred during shipping, such as credit card payment fee, warehousing fees, return postage fees, etc.

If the cost to return the product to us is larger than the cost of the refund due, we will instruct the carrier to abandon the package and there will be no credit for the order. If the package is seized by customs, there will be no credit processed for the product(s). Refunds will not be issued until the returned packages are physically in our warehouse.

Refunds:

All refunds will incur the fees charged to Ulyana Aster by the relevant payment processing system.

PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which the website collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a ‘User’) of the website (‘Site’). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by ULYANA ASTER Pty Ltd.

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, subscribe to the newsletter, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, email address. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. Users can always refuse to supply personal identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.
